Motor Vehicle Technician

We are seeking a qualified Motor Vehicle Technician to work in our busy Ford dealer and multi brand workshop with knowledge in diagnosis of faults including electrical technical diagrams, undertaking maintenance, service, repair and warranty activities.

Carry out all work completely and effectively whilst adhering to Company and Manufacturers timescales and standards of workmanship.

Effectively record details of works undertaken and components used.

Keep work area clean and tidy, organised and safe from hazards and adhere to all health and safety requirements.

MOT Tester (preferred)

Qualified to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)

Good technical knowledge.

Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 points).

The ability to work in a fast paced environment without supervision.

The skills to provide excellent standards of workmanship.

works well in a team environment to support their colleagues.

Motivated to exceed productivity targets.

Light commercial vehicle (LCV) and Ford experience preferred but not essential.

Manufacturer training provided.
