Decided to have service done by my Local Dealer, and what a difference. Better service than the Main Dealer we purchased car from, kept us informed and very friendly, would highly recommend them. We bought the Vignale for the added service and support but have never received any such support, when challenging the Main Dealer it always seemed a chore to them, once the car was out the door customer service was zero, plus the point they fitted the incorrect registration plate to the car which was not noticed for a few months??? Have now taken my Mustang for a service at the same Local Dealer and was extremely impressed by their care and attention to my car, it's a refreshing change to find a Local Dealer with this service.

We deal with people not companies or brands. Jonathan Chapman has always gone the extra mile for us. Always understanding our needs and doing everything in his power to fulfil them. We continue to recommend Jonathan and the Abbeygate team to our friends and family based on the consistent, friendly five star service always enjoyed. There's a bigger Ford dealer in the area but based on past experience their level of service and attitude comes a very poor second to Abbeygate. If it wasn't for Joanthan, Paul and the team at Abbeygate we probably wouldn't buy Ford. There's not a great deal that separates the main brands in our opinion but it's the people and personal experience that makes the difference.

I have purchased at least six new vehicles at Abbeygate and many other pre-owned vehicles. The service from the sales representative, Jonathan Chapman, has always been courteous and helpful. Although I moved from Wymondham in 2014 I have always returned for servicing, repairs and other matters because I am always made to feel welcome. I feel they go the extra mile to assist me. An example was in September 2017 when my six month old EcoSport had battery problems. The salesman brought the courtesy car to my house and arranged for prompt repair. The garage was also very sympathetic and helpful during a recent episode in my personal life when I was unable to drive. My most recent sale, another EcoSport went very well and Abbeygate arranged for the exchange of vehicles during my holiday. Everything from the initial enquiry, through test drive, arranging finance and final delivery was done in a highly professional and welcoming manner.

Outstanding customer service from Abbeygate. I wanted to replace our 15 year old Focus estate with the same model and sourced via Autotrader a 58 plate which Abbeygate had just got in. We were happy to travel the 100 mile round trip to view it and found it to be just what we wanted. We put our deposit down and Abbeygate arranged for us to collect it on the next Saturday morning. Stephen the salesman could not have been more helpful in arranging the purchase, etc. After we got home we identified several minor problems that we were not happy with one being that the driver's door lock would not operate manually. Paul the sales manager arranged for us to return the car for repair. He was aware that we did not live locally and provided us with a courtesy car and plenty of fuel so that we weren't out of pocket. The repairs were undertaken as promised and we now have another Focus which we hope will give the same reliable service that the previous one gave us. The overall service provided by Abbeygate was exemplary and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to my family and friends - thank you Abbeygate!!!
